Geeclad EL-140 is a gold electrolyte which produces gold deposit with low hardness. The electrolyte is stable with neutral pH and has good bath turnover. The gold deposit has good conductivity and solderability. The electrolyte is suitable for gold deposits on PC boards and electronic components.
