Electrolyte for sulphite gold plating for electronics functional applications
Geeclad EL-407 is a sulphite gold electrolyte which produces pure gold deposit with mirror yellow brightness. The electrolyte is stable, neutral pH and has excellent throwing power. The bath operates at low concentration of gold thereby saving gold investment in the plating solution. This is suitable for pure gold deposits on PC boards and electronic components
