Electrolyte for gold plating for electronics functional applications
Geeclad EL-T is a gold electrolyte which produces soft gold deposit. The electrolyte is stable, neutral pH and has good bath turnover. The gold deposit has excellent bonding and solderability. The electrolyte is suitable for pure gold deposits on PC boards and electronic components where bonding and solderability are critical to the process.
