Geestrike TE
Electrolyte for gold strike plating for passive surfaces with a pale yellow gold colour
Geestrike TE is a gold electrolyte which produces a highly adhesive gold layer on passive substrates such as stainless steel and Nickel. The electrolyte has an acidic pH with minimum effect of drag-ins. The strike deposit is highly adhesive and has low porosity ensuring very good barrier protection. The pale yellow colour of deposit makes it suitable as a coat prior to final coat and is suitable for several decorative applications such as stainless steel articles, jewellery, cutlery and artefacts.
